The TQC sheen LD3580 Digital Micrometer is a High Accuracy, High Resolution measurement device with modern Appearance design and robust mechanical construction, equipped with improved electronics such as digital linear encoders. Measurement range 0-10mm (0-10000μm, 0-394mil), designed for sheet thickness measurement, configurable to meet international standards such as ISO, ASTM, EDANA, etc., suitable for paper, corrugated paper, plastic film, tissue paper, non-woven fabric, Spinning & weaving products and other sheet substrates.

Principle
High Accuracy and resolution are ensured by modern electronic technology with accurate measurements via a digital linear encoder. Thickness values are automatically calculated and displayed by applying the appropriate pressure to the sheet during measurement via Probe.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Select the desired Measurement unit (mm, μm or mil)
3. Place the test sheet in the measurement area
4. Start the measurement program
5. Read and record measurement results
6. Optional connection to computer software for data management

• Power supply voltage within 90-230V range
• Confirm equipment calibrated before measurement
• Avoid putting too much pressure on Probes
• Keep the measurement area clean and free of debris
• Turn off the power in time after use
• Regular equipment maintenance and calibrating
