Overview
The LS133 UV energy meter is an ultra-small size UV energy tester, about the size of a bank card, with a thin body, which can display UV intensity, UV energy and temperature values at the same time. It is suitable for measurement of various UV LED light sources such as 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, 405nm, etc. It is mainly used for radiation intensity and energy detection of UV light sources in UV dryers, curing machines, mobile phone UV coatings, exposure machines, printing presses and other equipment.

7. In the shutdown state, long press the POWER button to enter the setting interface to set parameters such as Measurement mode, power trigger value, smoothing processing, and calibrating standard.
8. Automatic Measurement mode is suitable for production lines with long conveyor belts and short UV irradiation time, while manual mode is more versatile.
9. The stored data is not lost when powered off, and the last test data is automatically displayed when powered on.
Principle
The instrument receives ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength (340nm-420nm) through its Sensor and collects data at a high speed of 2048 times/sec. During the measurement process, it calculates and displays the irradiation intensity (power) of ultraviolet light in real time, and at the same time calculates the total energy value cumulatively according to the irradiation time. The equipped temperature detector monitors the environment temperature synchronously. The Timer records the measurement time. After the final measurement is completed, the energy accumulation value and the power MAX Maximum detected during the period are displayed directly.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: ensure that the instrument has sufficient power.
2. Parameter setting (optional): In the shutdown state, long press the POWER key to enter the setting interface, which can set parameters such as Measurement mode, power trigger value, smoothing treatment, and calibrating standard.
3. Select Mode: Select Automatic Measurement mode or Manual Measurement mode according to the application scenario.
4. Start measurement: Place the instrument under the UV light source to be tested, and the instrument will automatically or manually start recording data.
5. Read results: The screen displays the real-time power value during the measurement process, and the energy accumulation value and power MAX Maximum are directly displayed after the measurement is completed.
6. Data viewing: The instrument storage data is not lost when powered off, and the last test data can be automatically displayed when turned on next time.
Notice
• The instrument is suitable for measurement UV LED light source, Light spectrum Response range is 340nm-420nm, calibrated to 395nm LED light source.
• Make sure to use within the power Measurement range (0-40000mW/cm ²) and environment temperature allowed by the instrument specifications (can operate at 100 degrees Celsius for a long time).
• The instrument is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery, please pay attention to charging in time.
• Reasonable selection of automatic or manual Measurement mode according to production line characteristics (e.g. conveyor belt length, irradiation time).
