Overview
LS132 UV energy meter is a professional UV detection instrument for detecting UV energy and UV intensity in high voltage mercury lamps, halogen lamps and other light sources. It adopts ultra-small size design, small and light, and can be used for various curing machines, UV coating machines, dryers, exposure machines, printing presses and other equipment. UV intensity, energy and temperature measurement, worry-free measurement in small spaces.
Features
1. Film thickness is only 7.6mm and width is 44mm, so there is no need to worry about measurement space restrictions.
The sampling speed of 2.2048 times/second provides accurate data for UV energy meters, and can obtain calibrated certificates from trusted testing agencies.
3. Real-time power value can be dynamically displayed during measurement, and energy accumulation value and power MAX Maximum can be automatically counted after measurement.
4. Built-in High Accuracy and Sensitivity Temperature Detector and Timer, which can dynamically display the actual temperature in equipment such as curing machines and accurately record the measurement time.
5. With high temperature design, it can work normally for a long time in an environment of 100 degrees Celsius.
6. The last test data is automatically displayed when powered on, without worrying about data loss.
7. When the instrument is turned off, long press the POWER button to enter the setting interface to set the Measurement mode, power trigger value and smoothing processing parameters.
8. Manual Measurement mode is suitable for most measurement occasions, while Automatic Measurement mode is suitable for occasions where the instrument needs to run with the conveyor belt for a long time to receive ultraviolet rays.
Principle
The LS132 UV Energy Meter captures UV radiation with its High Sensitivity Sensor (Light spectrum 315nm-400nm, lambda = 365nm) at sampling speeds of up to 2048 times per second. The instrument measures and displays UV intensity (power) in real time, while cumulatively calculating UV energy. The built-in temperature detector and Timer work in sync to dynamically monitor environment temperature and accurately record measurement duration.

Steps
1. When turned on, the instrument automatically displays the last test data.
2. Measurement mode is selected according to the measurement occasion: Manual Measurement mode or Automatic Measurement mode.
3. The instrument is placed under the light source to be measured for measurement, and the real-time power value and temperature can be dynamically observed during the measurement process.
4. After the measurement is completed, the instrument automatically counts and displays the energy accumulation value and power MAX Maximum.
5. If you need to set the parameters, press and hold the POWER key to enter the setting interface in the shutdown state, and adjust the Measurement mode, power trigger value and smoothing processing parameters.
Notice
• The instrument is designed to withstand high temperature, but please ensure that it is used within the temperature range allowed by the specifications (such as 100 degrees Celsius).
• Select the correct Measurement mode: Manual mode is suitable for most occasions, and automatic mode is suitable for occasions where the conveyor belt runs for a long time.
• Before measurement, you can enter the setting interface to adjust the relevant parameters as needed.
Please note the Light spectrum Response Range (315nm-400nm) and Power Measurement range (0-2000mW/cm ²) of the instrument.
• The instrument uses a rechargeable lithium battery, please ensure that the battery is sufficient.
