Overview
The PN-TT300 computer tensile testing machine is designed and developed according to the standards GB/T12914, GB/T2792 and ISO1924-2, and is used to detect the Tensile Strength and elongation of paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous low-strength sheet materials. The instrument adopts a vertical structure, adjustable chuck spacing, and large tensile travel. It is suitable for the determination of Tensile Strength, elongation, and Tensile Energy Absorption performance of paper, Cardboard, Plastic film and other Non-metallic materials.
Features
1. Tensile and disbonding two independent test procedures to meet the needs of different customers.
2. Travel protection, overload protection, over-range alarm function and automatic cleaning intelligent design ensure safe operation.
3. Linear dispersion diagram of pressure and deformation can be displayed, and information such as pressure resistance and deformation can be displayed in real time.
4. Equipped with RS232 Interface, it is convenient for external connection and data transmission between embedded systems and computers.
5. Built-in thermal printer, the report can be printed directly at the end of the test.
6. Support the PNSHARQMS quality management system to achieve one-click operation, and test data can be directly transferred to the management system to generate comprehensive test reports.
Principle
The sample is sandwiched between the two collets, the two collets do relative movement at a certain speed, and the force value is collected by the Force Sensor located on the moving collet, and the displacement is calculated by time and speed, so as to obtain the tensile resistance of the sample., disbonding and other performance indicators.
Applications
Paper, Cardboard, Plastic film, Aluminum foil, Aluminum plastic tape, Food Encasement bag, Sanitary napkin, Pressure sensitive adhesive tape, Synthetic fiber filament and other Non-metallic materials Tensile Strength, elongation, Peel Strength, heat sealing strength and other performance tests.
Standards
GB/T12914、ISO1924-2、TAPPIT494、GB/T2792
Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and hold it straight between the instrument chucks.
2. Set test parameters such as chuck spacing, stretching speed, etc. through Touchscreen.
3. Start the test, and the two collets move relative to each other at the set speed.
4. The instrument automatically collects force and displacement data, calculates and displays the test results.
5. After the test, the report can be printed directly through the Built-in Printer, or the data can be uploaded to the management system through the Interface.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is AC 220V +/- 10% 50Hz.
• The instrument should work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
• Before operation, make sure that the sample is firmly clamped and straight.
• Pay attention to the Travel protection and overload protection functions of the instrument to avoid excessive range use.
• Maintain instruments regularly to ensure the cleanliness and accuracy of Sensors and moving parts.
