Overview
The PN-TT300 computer tensile testing machine is designed and developed according to the standards GB/T12914, GB/T2792 and ISO1924-2, and is used to detect the Tensile Strength and elongation of paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous low-strength sheet materials. The instrument adopts a vertical structure, adjustable chuck spacing, and large tensile Travel. It is suitable for the measurement of tensile strength, elongation, Peel Strength and other performance indicators of paper, Cardboard, Plastic film and other materials.
Features
1. Tensile and disbonding two independent test procedures to meet the needs of different customers.
2. Travel protection, overload protection, over-range alarm function and automatic cleaning intelligent design ensure safe operation.
3. Linear dispersion diagram of pressure and deformation can be displayed, and information such as pressure resistance and deformation can be displayed in real time.
4. Equipped with RS232 Interface, it is convenient to connect with the computer and transmit data.
5. Built-in thermal printer, the report can be printed directly at the end of the test.
6. Support the PNSHARQMS quality management system to achieve one-click operation, allowing test data to be directly transmitted and comprehensive test reports to be generated.
Principle
The sample is sandwiched between the two collets, and the two collets move relatively at a certain speed. The force value is collected by the Force Sensor located on the moving collet, and the displacement is calculated by time and speed, so as to obtain the performance indicators such as Tensile Strength, Elongation, and Peel Strength of the sample.
Applications
Paper, Cardboard, Plastic film, Aluminum foil, Aluminum plastic tape, Food Encasement bag, Sanitary napkin, Pressure sensitive adhesive tape, Synthetic fiber filament and other Non-metallic sheet material Tensile Strength, elongation, Peel Strength, heat sealing strength and other performance measurement.
Standards
GB/T12914、ISO1924-2、TAPPIT494、GB/T2792
Steps
Connect the power supply (AC 220V +/- 10%).
2. Set test parameters (such as stretching speed, chuck spacing, etc.) through the 4.3-inch color Touchscreen human-machine interface.
3. Clip the specimen straight between the upper and lower collets.
4. Start the test program, and the two chucks move relative to each other at the set speed.
5. The instrument automatically collects force and displacement data and displays Linear dispersion and results in real time.
6. After the test, the data can be automatically processed and counted, and the report can be directly printed through the built-in thermal printer, or transmitted to the computer or PNSHARQMS management system through the RS232 interface.
Notice
Before use, ensure that the power supply is AC 220V +/- 10% and is reliably grounded.
• The instrument should work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
When clamping the specimen, ensure that it is straight to avoid skewing the test results.
Do not exceed the force range of the instrument (3~ 300N) and Working Travel (20~ 350mm).
• The instrument has functions such as overload protection, but safety should still be paid attention to during operation to avoid abnormal operation.
• Regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure Indication Error ( +/- 1%) and Indication Variability (< 1%) meet requirements.
