Principle
The device uses a High Accuracy motion control platform (X/Y/Z axis), with different Spreader function modules (such as slot-die Spreader head, ultrasonic lame plating head, scraper, etc.), to uniformly coat functional inks or coatings on the substrate. The platform uses vacuum adsorption to fix the substrate, and can integrate a heating module to control the temperature of the substrate.
