Overview
NU-MFPE-D150 is a single 150mm Spreader head launched by NANOUP, which belongs to its desktop Spreader system series. The Spreader head contains a gasket and can be used with the desktop Spreader system host of S300, S400, S500 and other models for precision Spreader on the surface of the substrate.

Principle

Steps
1. Install the Spreader header on a compatible desktop Spreader system host (e.g. S300, S400, S500).
2. According to the required Spreader Film thickness, select the appropriate gasket (e.g. 30, 50, 70, 100 μm) to install on the Spreader head.
3. Connect the ink injection system and inject the slurry to be Spreader into the Spreader head.
4. Set Spreader parameters (such as speed, pressure, etc.) on the host control interface.
5. Place the substrate and start the Spreader program for Spreader.
6. After the Spreader is completed, clean the Spreader head in time.
