Principle
The Spreader head acts as the execution end of the Spreader system. Its working principle is to receive the slurry transported from the ink injection system, and spread the slurry evenly on the moving substrate surface through its precise flow channel and outlet structure. With spacers of different Film thicknesses, the wet film thickness of the Spreader layer on the substrate can be precisely controlled, so as to achieve stable and uniform coating preparation.

Steps
1. Install the Spreader header on a compatible desktop Spreader system host (e.g. S300, S400, S500).
