The NANOUP FlexTest-T-W Wire Torsion Fixture is a modular test system designed for testing flexible electronic materials and devices. It is designed to solve the problem that traditional rigid test methods cannot adapt to the development needs of flexible electronics. It develops high-freedom test capacity enhancements to verify efficiency and reduce test costs.

Principle
The fixture performs repeated torsion tests on linear material samples by precisely controlling the bending angle (+/- 5400 °) and bending speed (0-1080.0 °/s). Its adaptive design maintains a constant tension during the test to simulate the torsion conditions in actual use, thus evaluating the durability and Reliability of the material.

Steps
1. Adjust the fixture according to the sample wire diameter (1.0-10 mm) and length (0-150.0mm).
2. Set the required bending angle (+/- 5400 °) and bending speed (0-1080.0 °/s).
3. Install the sample to the fixture.
4. Start the test program and perform the specified number of twist tests.
5. After the test is completed, record and analyze the data.
Notice
• Please ensure that the sample wire diameter is within the applicable range of 1.0-10.
• Note that the sample length should not exceed 150.0mm.
• Before operation, please confirm that the fixture is firmly installed. The size of the whole machine is 935 * 400 * 425mm and the weight is 15.0Kg. It is necessary to ensure smooth placement.
Do not operate beyond the maximum bending angle (+/- 5400 °) and speed (1080.0 °/s) of the equipment calibration.
