JINGHUAYIQI JH - WN-LL (30N) Universal UTM is widely used in the measurement of Tensile Strength, elongation and Tensile Energy Absorption of paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous Non-metallic materials. The instrument can measure paper tension, Tensile Strength, elongation, fracture length, Tensile Energy Absorption, tensile index, Tensile Energy Absorption index, especially can sense small quantities, and has the ability to measure the corresponding parameters of paper (including wet strength value).

Principle
The instrument uses a single-chip microcomputer for information sensing, data processing and action control, realizes smooth and accurate stretching operation through ball bearing transmission mechanism and imported motor, monitors and displays parameters such as time and load tension in the stretching process in real time, and uses software to analyze Linear dispersion, and finally outputs the measurement results.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and set the sample size according to the national standard.
2. Set the chuck spacing within the range of 20 to 240mm, which can be set digitally.
3. Select the stretching speed within the range of 1.0 to 400.0mm/min, which can be adjusted digitally.
4. Start the instrument, conduct tensile test, and observe the stretching time, load tension and other data on the LCD screen in real time.
5. After the test is completed, the instrument automatically displays the measurement results, including the average value, Standard Deviation and Coefficient of Variation.
6. Use the printer to print the statistical report.

• Power supply voltage needs to be AC220 +/- 10%, 50Hz, 2A.
