Overview
The WHS-03 heat sealing tester is an instrument required by the laboratories of food companies, pharmaceutical companies, daily chemical products companies, Encasement and raw material production enterprises. Its Operating Conditions simulate the three elements of pressure, temperature and time in the Encasement process of the Encasement production line. Through this instrument, the rapid assessment of materials can be realized. After passing the assessment, it can be used for production online. Another use is to conduct heat sealing tests on soft Encasement materials at the set temperature, pressure and time, so as to conveniently and quickly find out the appropriate heat sealing process parameters of materials, so as to meet the requirements of Encasement and Encasement material production enterprises for suitable heat sealing parameters of materials.

Principle
Operating Conditions Simulate the three elements of pressure, temperature and time in the Encasement process of the Encasement production line. Through this instrument, the material can be quickly evaluated. After passing the evaluation, it can be used in the production online. Another purpose is to heat seal the soft Encasement material at the set temperature, pressure and time. Test, so as to easily and quickly find out the appropriate heat sealing process parameters of the material.

Steps
1. Connect the power and air source
2. Set heat seal temperature, pressure and time parameters
3. Select Automatic or Manual Operating Mode
4. Place the material to be tested
5. Start the heat seal test
6. Observe and record results
