Overview
WRS-01 heat shrinkage tester is a device produced by WINISH for detecting the thermal cissing performance of materials. It is suitable for thermal cissing performance testing of various thin films in liquid media at various temperatures, including PE thermal cissing films, PVC, POF, OPS, PET and other cissing films, soft Encasement composite films, PVC polyvinyl chloride (PVC) hard sheets, solar cell backplates and Miscellaneous heated cissing materials.
Features
1. Microcomputer control, PVC menu Operating interface;
2. Humanized design, easy and fast operation;
3. High Accuracy Circuit Processing Technology, Accurate and Reliable Test;
4. Liquid without volatile medium heating, wide heating range;
5. Digital P.I.D temperature control monitoring technology to quickly reach the set temperature and avoid temperature fluctuations.
6. Timing prompt function to ensure Test accuracy;
7. Equipped with a standard sample clamping film mesh frame to ensure that the sample is stable and does not interfere with temperature;
8. Compact structure, light and easy to handle.
Principle
The instrument precisely controls the temperature of the hot oil in the heating tank, cuts the sample to a certain size and puts it into the heating tank for a certain time. After the time is reached, the sample is taken out, and the sample size is measured after chilling down to room temperature to calculate the thermal cissing rate.
Applications
Alcohol Encasement, Can Encasement, Mineral Water Encasement, Encasement of various beverages Encasement PE hot cissing film, PVC cissing film, POF cissing film, OPS cissing film, PET cissing film, Soft Encasement composite film, PVC polyvinyl chloride (PVC) hard sheet, solar cell backplane, Miscellaneous Materials with thermal cissing performance
Standards
GB/T 13519、ASTM D2732、YBB00292004-2015、YBB00212005-2015、YBB00232005-2015、YBB00222005-2015、YBB00202005-2015
Steps
1. Cut the sample to the specified size;
2. Place the sample in the heating tank.
3. Set the heating time and start the heating.
4. Remove the sample after reaching the time limit.
5. chill down the sample to room temperature;
6. Measure the sample size;
7. Calculate the thermal cissing rate.
Notice
The sample size shall not exceed 140mm x 140mm.
