Overview
WCF-03 Friction coefficient meter is produced by WINISH and is designed based on GB 10006, ASTM D1894 and other standards. It is specially used for the measurement of Static COF and Kinetic COF when Plastic film and sheet, rubber, paper, Cardboard, woven bags, fabrics, metal composite belts, conveyor belts, wood, coatings and other materials slide. By measuring the smoothness of the material, the material production mass process index can be controlled and adjusted to meet the product use requirements.

1. The equipment adopts microcomputer control, the test process is automated, and it is equipped with menu-type Operating interface, PVC control panel and LCD screen, which is convenient for users to carry out test operation and data viewing;

7. The system can simultaneously measure the Static COF and Kinetic COF of the sample;
8. Equipped with a micro-printer to automatically print statistical analysis test reports for single or group samples.
9. The instrument test table is made of aluminum alloy, which effectively reduces the influence of the iron table remanence on the system test error.
10. The instrument adopts a three-power supply mode, which effectively reduces the power supply interference between various components.
11. The instrument has its own force value calibrating mode, which supports single-point and multi-point force value calibrating.
Principle
The instrument automatically calculates the Static COF and Kinetic COF by measuring the friction of the material during sliding to evaluate the slippage of the material and thus control the production mass.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the instrument table.
2. Set the test parameters through the menu Operating interface;
3. Start the test, and the instrument will automatically run and collect data.
4. The system automatically calculates Static COF and Kinetic COF;
5. View the results and Linear dispersion on the LCD screen;
6. Use a microprinter to print the test report.
Notice
• Ensure that the instrument is placed in a standard test environment for use;
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ before use;
• Test accuracy by force calibrating regularly;
• Avoid operating in a strong magnetic field environment to reduce interference;
• Ensure that the sliders and specimens are placed correctly during testing.
