Overview
PCZ-01 Initial viscosity tester is produced by WINISH and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T4852. It is suitable for the initial Tack test of various adhesive products, such as pressure sensitive tapes, medical patches, stickers, protective films, etc.

The steel ball is made of GCr15 bearing steel, and the accuracy level of the steel ball shape tolerance and surface roughness exceeds the level of 40 or more specified in GB/T308.
Principle
The initial Tack of the sample is tested by the adhesion of the adhesive tape to the steel ball during a brief contact between the steel ball and the Tack surface of the pressure-sensitive tape sample at a slight pressure. A steel ball is rolled over the Tack surface of the adhesive tape placed flat on the inclined plate, and the initial Tack size is evaluated according to the maximum size of the steel ball that can stick to the Tack surface of the specified length.
