Overview
FANGRUI high temperature heating device is a device specially designed for the measurement of asphalt, hot-melt adhesive, paraffin, polymer and other materials after melting fluid viscosity. The temperature control range of the device is from room temperature to 250 ° C, and the display accuracy can reach 0.1 ° C. The whole system includes a variety of specifications of rotors, sample cylinders, thermostats and furnace bodies, providing a stable and reliable heating environment for high temperature viscosity testing.

Principle
The device precisely controls the heating of the furnace body through the built-in thermostat, so that the sample (such as asphalt, hot-melt adhesive, etc.) contained in the sample cylinder heats up and remains melted at the set temperature. The user can choose to be equipped with different specifications of rotors, swirl/spin in the molten fluid, and calculate the viscosity of the fluid by measuring its torque or resistance.

Steps
1. Put the sample to be tested into the sample cartridge.
According to the test requirements, select the appropriate rotor (e.g. No. 21, 27, 28 or 29) and install it.
3. Set the target temperature through the thermostat and start the heating device.
4. After the sample temperature stabilizes to the set value and completely melts, start the viscosity measurement program for testing.

• Before use, please ensure that the equipment is well grounded and the operating environment ventilated.
Do not exceed the device's nominal maximum temperature limit of 250 ° C.
During the heating and testing process, the temperature of the sample and device components is very high. Do not touch them directly to prevent burns.
• When selecting the rotor, it needs to match the characteristics of the sample cylinder and the tested sample.
• Regularly clean the sample cylinder and rotor to avoid residues affecting the Measurement accuracy.
