Overview
Carton compressive testing machine is a professional testing machine developed by HENGPIN for testing the compressive performance of cartons, suitable for all kinds of corrugated boxes compressire strength test and stacking strength test.
Features
1. Microcomputer processing system, PVC control panel, Degree of automation, fast data collection, automatic measurement, intelligent judgment function, the test process is automatically completed.
2. With data processing function, the statistical results of various data can be directly obtained.
3. Extreme Travel Protection, Overload Protection and other intelligent configurations to ensure the safety of user operation, equipped with micro-printers to facilitate data printing and output.
4. During the test, real-time display of pressure resistance and other information.
5. Using servo motor control, it has the advantages of High Accuracy, Low Noise, High Speed, etc.; Instrument positioning is accurate, Speed Response is fast, test time is saved, and test efficiency is improved.
Principle
Carton compressive testing machine applies pressure through servo motor control, performs compressire strength test and stacking strength test on corrugated boxes, monitors and displays pressure resistance data in real time, and automatically completes the test process.
Standards
GB/T 4857.4、GB/T 4857.3、ISO2872、ISO2874、QB/T 1048
Steps
1. Place the carton under the pressure plate of the testing machine.
2. Start the equipment, and the microcomputer system automatically controls the pressurization process.
3. Monitor the pressure resistance data in real time, and the test is completed automatically.
4. Statistical results of the data processing system, which can output data through the micro printer.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V to avoid overload.
• Pay attention to the extreme Travel protection and overload protection functions during operation to ensure safety.
• Regularly check the equipment status and keep the Test space clean.
• Make sure the carton is firmly placed before use to prevent displacement during testing.
