Overview
Carton compressive testing machine is a professional testing machine developed by HENGPIN for testing the compressive performance of cartons, suitable for all kinds of corrugated boxes compressire strength test and stacking strength test.
Features
1. Microcomputer processing system, PVC control panel, Degree of automation, fast data collection, automatic measurement, intelligent judgment function, the test process is automatically completed.
2. With data processing function, the statistical results of various data can be directly obtained.
3. Extreme Travel Protection, Overload Protection and other intelligent configurations to ensure the safety of user operation, equipped with micro-printers to facilitate data printing and output.
4. During the test, real-time display of pressure resistance and other information.
5. Using servo motor control, it has the advantages of High Accuracy, Low Noise, High Speed, etc.; Instrument positioning is accurate, Speed Response is fast, test time is saved, and test efficiency is improved.
Principle
Carton compressive testing machine applies pressure to the carton through the servo motor driving the pressure plate, collects and displays the pressure resistance data in real time, and automatically completes the compressire strength test and stacking strength test process.
Standards
GB/T 4857.4、GB/T 4857.3、ISO2872、ISO2874、QB/T 1048
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and start the device.
2. Set test parameters, such as pressure range, speed, etc.
3. Place the carton in the Test space and adjust the platen position.
4. Start the test, and the device automatically applies pressure and collects data.
5. After the test is completed, view and print the data results.
Notice
• Check whether the power supply and connection of the equipment are normal before operation.
• Make sure the carton is placed smoothly to avoid partial loading.
• During the test, pay attention to the operation status of the equipment and stop immediately if there is any abnormality.
• Maintain equipment regularly to maintain cleanliness and lubrication.
Operators need to be trained to be familiar with equipment functions and safety regulations.
