Overview
The ZHONGKEBODA BD/QL-100 ozone aging test chamber is a test device used to simulate and accelerate the aging process of materials in an ozone environment. It can precisely control the ozone concentration, temperature and humidity in the chamber, and is equipped with a static and dynamic tensile test rack to evaluate the aging performance of polymer materials such as rubber and plastics under ozone.
Features
1. The box is sprayed with A3 steel plate, the studio is SUS304 stainless steel, and the thermal insulation layer is 100mm high-density fiberglass cotton.
2. Equipped with multi-layer hollow tempered Glass observation window and double-decked high temperature sealing strip to ensure airtightness.
3. Built-in 360-degree swirl/spin sample holder (1 rpm) and swirl/spin sample holder.
4. Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating electric heater and built-in boiler steam humidifier, with automatic water level compensation and water shortage alarm function.
5. The refrigeration system adopts a fully enclosed French Taikang Compressor and uses environmentally friendly refrigerants R404A and R23.
6. The control system features an imported 7.0-inch touchscreen, a P.I.D microcomputer S.S.R controller, and an automatic calculation function.
7. The ozone system adopts a silent discharge tube ozone generator, and the ozone detection probe is an imported British CT Electrochemical sensor.
8. Equipped with a comprehensive protection system, including over-temperature, under-phase/reverse-phase, overload, overvoltage, timing, and leakage protection.
Principle
The device generates ozone at a set concentration through an ozone generator and is introduced into a closed test chamber. The temperature and humidity environment are precisely controlled in the chamber through heating, humidification and refrigeration systems. The specimen is mounted on a swirl/spin sample rack and is stretched statically (fixed elongation) or dynamically (cyclic stretching) according to the test requirements. Under the set ozone concentration, temperature and humidity conditions, the specimen is continuously exposed for a certain period of time to observe its checking and other aging phenomena, so as to evaluate the ozone aging performance of the material.

Steps
1. Clamp both ends of the sample on a special fixture, select the desired elongation (static) or set the tensile frequency and range (dynamic).
2. Fix the fixture with the sample installed on the swirl/spin sample holder.
3. Set the parameters such as ozone concentration, temperature, humidity and test time required for the test through the touch screen controller.
4. Start the equipment, ozone generator, temperature and humidity control system, and sample holder swirl/spin (and dynamic stretching) to start working.
5. Equipment runs for a specified time under set conditions.
6. After the test, turn off the equipment and take out the sample to check its checking condition.
Notice
* The operating environment should be below 28 ° C and well ventilated.
* No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the machine placement position.
* The power supply of the device is AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
The humidification system has a water shortage alarm function, so it is necessary to pay attention to replenishing water in time.
The equipment is equipped with a variety of safety protection functions, and it will automatically shut down when the fault is alarmed. It can only be restarted after troubleshooting.
* When performing dynamic tensile testing, it is necessary to distinguish between continuous dynamic stretching and intermittent dynamic stretching modes and set them correctly.
