Overview
The ZHONGKEBODA BD/QL-150 ozone aging test chamber is a test device used to simulate and accelerate the aging process of materials in an ozone environment. The device can precisely control key parameters such as ozone concentration, temperature, humidity, and is equipped with static and dynamic tensile testing functions. It is suitable for evaluating the ozone aging performance of polymer materials such as rubber and plastics.

Principle
The equipment generates ozone at a set concentration through a silent discharge tube ozone generator and is introduced into the studio. The temperature and humidity in the studio are precisely controlled by an independent heating, humidification, dehumidification and refrigeration system. The specimen is mounted on a swirl/spin sample rack and can be subjected to static (fixed elongation) or dynamic (cyclic stretching) tensile testing. After exposure to the set ozone concentration, temperature and humidity conditions for a specified time, the sample is checked to evaluate the ozone aging performance of the material.

Steps
1. Clamp the specimen on a special fixture and set the desired elongation (static) or tensile frequency (dynamic).
2. Install the fixture to the swirl/spin sample holder.
3. Set the ozone concentration, temperature, humidity and test time required for the test through the touch screen.
4. Start the equipment, the sample holder starts to swirl/spin, and the ozone system and temperature and humidity system start to work.
5. After the test reaches the set time, the equipment stops running.
6. Take out the sample, check and record its checking.
Notice
• The operating environment should be below 28 ° C and well ventilated.
• Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
• Before use, please confirm that the power supply is AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
• The humidification system has a water shortage alarm function, so pay attention to the water level.
Do not open the door frequently during the operation of the equipment, so as not to affect the stability of the test area environment.
• Regularly check whether the equipment protection system is functioning properly.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal parts of the equipment.
