Overview
ZHONGKEBODA BD/QL-500 ozone aging test chamber is a device used to simulate the ozone environment and perform static and dynamic tensile aging tests on rubber, plastics and other materials. Its Inner chamber dimensions are 700 * 800 * 900mm, with precise temperature (0~ 70 ℃), humidity (30~ 98% R · H) and ozone concentration (10~ 1000pphm) control capabilities, which can meet the test conditions specified in relevant standards.
Features
1. The box is sprayed with A3 steel plate, the studio is SUS304 stainless steel, and the thermal insulation layer is 100mm thick high-density fiberglass cotton.
2. Adopt long-axis fan motor and stainless steel multi-wing impeller to realize intensity convection vertical diffusion circulation.
3. The door body adopts double-decked high temperature and high tensile sealing strip to ensure the tightness of the test area.

8. The refrigeration system adopts a fully enclosed French Taikang Compressor and uses environmentally friendly refrigerants R404A and R23.

10. The ozone system adopts a silent discharge tube ozone generator (air cooling), and the ozone detection probe is an imported British CT Electrochemical sensor with high accuracy.

Principle
The device generates ozone at a set concentration through an ozone generator and is introduced into a test studio at constant temperature and humidity. The specimen is mounted on a swirl/spin sample rack and is fixed or cyclic stretched according to the test requirements (static or dynamic). After a specified time in a set temperature, humidity and ozone concentration environment, the checking of the specimen surface is inspected to evaluate the ozone aging performance of the material. During dynamic tensile testing, a special fixture can automatically cycle the specimen at a frequency of 0.5Hz.

Steps
1. Clamp both ends of the sample on a special fixture and choose the static (fixed elongation, such as 20%) or dynamic (elongation 0 to maximum cycle) stretching mode according to the test criteria.
2. Fix the fixture with the sample installed on the swirl/spin sample holder.
3. Set the temperature required for the test (such as 40 +/- 2 ° C), humidity (≤ 65%), ozone concentration (such as 50 +/- 5pphm), test time and other parameters through the touch screen controller.
4. Start the equipment, the sample holder starts swirl/spin (20-25mm/s), and the dynamic test fixture starts to cycle stretching at the same time.
5. After the equipment runs to the set time, it will automatically stop or alarm.
6, take out the sample, check its surface checking and record.
Notice
• The environment temperature of the equipment needs to be between 5 ° C and 28 ° C (the average temperature within 24 hours is ≤ 28 ° C), and the environment humidity is ≤ 85% R.H.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the machine placement position.
• The humidification system has a water shortage alarm function, so pay attention to the water level.
• The equipment has multiple safety protections, and it will automatically shut down after the fault alarm, and it needs to be checked before rerunning.
