Overview
ZHONGKEBODA BD/QL-010 ozone aging test chamber is a device used to simulate the ozone environment and perform static and dynamic tensile aging tests on materials. The box is made of high-quality A3 steel plate spray and SUS304 stainless steel liner, equipped with advanced temperature and humidity, ozone concentration control system and French Taikang refrigeration unit, which can precisely control the test conditions and evaluate the material's aging performance under ozone action.

Principle
The device generates ozone at a set concentration through a silent discharge tube ozone generator, which is injected into a closed test studio. The temperature and humidity in the studio are precisely adjusted and controlled by heaters, humidifiers, dehumidification systems and refrigeration systems. The specimen is fixed on a swirl/spin sample holder through a special fixture. Under the set temperature, humidity, ozone concentration and stretching conditions (static fixed elongation or dynamic cyclic stretching), after a specified time, the surface of the sample is inspected to evaluate the ozone aging performance of the material.

Steps
1. Clamp both ends of the sample on a special fixture and set the desired elongation (static) or tensile frequency (dynamic).
2. Install the fixture on the swirl/spin sample holder and set the sample holder speed.
3. Set the test temperature, humidity, ozone concentration and test time through the touch screen controller.
4. Start the equipment, ozone generator, temperature and humidity control system, and sample holder to start working for testing.
5. After reaching the set test time, the equipment can automatically stop or prompt to take out the sample to check the checking situation.
Notice
* The operating environment should be below 28 ° C and well ventilated.
* Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment to ensure heat dissipation and operation space.
* Before use, confirm that the power supply is AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
The humidification system needs to pay attention to the water level. When there is a lack of water, it will alarm and should be replenished in time.
Check whether the functions of each protection system are normal before operation.
During dynamic testing, make sure that the stretching frequency and mode (continuous or discontinuous) are set correctly.
* Regularly check the accuracy of the ozone detection probe and the tightness of the sealing strip.
