The OSP-150 L600φ 10mm Spreader rod is a precision Spreader tool manufactured by extrusion process. It is made of 304 stainless steel and has a chrome-plated surface. It is designed to replace traditional wire scrapers for precise control of wet film thickness when Spreader liquid is applied on the surface of the substrate. Its design can effectively solve the common problems of loose, broken wires, and difficult cleaning of wire scrapers.

Principle

Steps
