Principle
The rotational viscometer calculates viscosity values by measuring the resistance of the fluid to the rotor by swirling/spinning the rotor in the fluid. Built-in ARM technology and Linux system process data, Automatic calibration ensures accuracy and displays a variety of parameters such as temperature, shear rate and shear stress.

Steps
1. Adjust the instrument level through the front level
2. Select the appropriate rotor (L1 #, L2 #, L3 #, L4 #) and Rotation speed (0.1~ 200rpm)
3. Recommend rotor and Rotation speed combination using auto-scan function
4. Enter sample density to display kinematic viscosity (optional)
5. Start measurement, view viscosity Linear dispersion and data in real time
6. Save or export data to a USB stick (EXCEL format)
Notice
• The amount of test sample should be controlled at 300mL~ 400mL according to different rotors.
• Make sure the instrument is placed horizontally before use
• Accessories such as temperature sensors or constant temperature bath for enhanced functionality
• Save up to 30 sets of data and export it in time to avoid loss
