TBJ-X4 Automatic Film Applicator is a China small Spreader test equipment, using imported accessories, affordable, widely used in multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions. The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by controlling speed and stable pressure, aiming to solve the problem of artificial film inconsistency, improve film reproducibility, and facilitate the operator to Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator. Coating thickness and accuracy are ensured by using the bar coating method, fixing the substrate with Vacuum chuck, combined with Touchscreen control, to achieve automated operation, thus eliminating the problem of film inconsistencies caused by human factors.

Steps
