Overview
PINGXUAN NDJ-1S rotational viscometer is an instrument widely used in oil, paints, Stock, Spinning & weaving, food, Adhesive, cosmetics and other production industries and R & D institutions. It uses a 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core of the stepping motor high subdivision drive, LCD backlight display, with the advantages of accurate, fast, intuitive and simple measurement. The screen directly displays viscosity, Rotation speed, percentile torque, rotor number and the temperature of the measured liquid. Measurement performance and function reach the same type of professional level in China.

Principle
The instrument uses a high-subdivision drive technology of stepper motor with a 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core. The viscosity is measured by the resistance of the rotor when swirling/spinning in the liquid. The screen directly displays information such as viscosity, Rotation speed, percentile torque, rotor number and the temperature of the measured liquid. Measurement and correction of full scale and each gear Linearity are carried out through the PC interface.

Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate rotor
2. Turn on the instrument, set the Rotation speed or use the automatic scanning function
3. Immerse the rotor in the tested liquid
4. Read the viscosity, Rotation speed, torque percentage, temperature and other information displayed on the screen
5. Can connect to the computer through RS232 or USB interface, use data processing software to record data
Notice
• Ensure that the rotor is properly installed and cleaned
• Avoid over-range use, the instrument has over-range alarm function
• When using the temperature sensor, pay attention to the temperature measurement accuracy of 0.1 ℃, the range is 0~ 100 ℃
• Periodically calibrated with standard silicone oil via external computer to ensure accuracy
When connecting to the computer, ensure that the interface is compatible (RS232 or optional USB 2.0).
