Principle
The equipment monitors the temperature in the working tank through the High Accuracy temperature sensor (PT100), and transmits the signal to the special software control system. The control system precisely adjusts the power output of the refrigeration system (fully enclosed Compressor) through the PID algorithm to achieve rapid cooling and accurate temperature control. At the same time, the built-in circulation pump drives the heat transfer medium to flow in the working tank (domestic circulation) or in the external experimental vessel (external circulation) to ensure the highly uniform and stable temperature of the entire static thermofield.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply, the device starts to work and displays the temperature in the tank.
2. Set the required target temperature and over-temperature alarm temperature through the control panel.
3. The equipment starts the refrigeration/heating system and circulating pump to quickly reach and stabilize the temperature in the working tank at the set value.
4. For experiments or tests, the external circulation function can be used to provide thermostatic liquid to external devices.
5. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions of the instrument, but the instrument will still display the natural change process of the temperature in the tank.
Notice
Do not allow unrelated personnel to operate the device. You can use the software lock function to prevent misoperation.
* Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm value set by the device to ensure safe operation.
The equipment has multiple protection functions, but it is still necessary to check its operating status regularly.
* When using the external circulation function, please ensure that the external pipeline connection is correct and leak-free.
* After shutting down, the device will still display the temperature. If you need to completely power off, please disconnect the power supply.
