Principle
The equipment monitors the temperature in the working tank in real time through the High Accuracy temperature sensor (PT100), and transmits the signal to the self-developed intelligent control system. The system precisely adjusts the power output of the heating or cooling system (fully enclosed Compressor) through the PID algorithm, and uses the domestic circulation pump to make the medium in the tank flow continuously to ensure that the temperature is highly uniform and stable. The external circulation pump can output the thermostatic medium for establishing an external thermostatic environment or chilling down an external experimental vessel.

Steps
1. Preparation: Make sure that the equipment is placed in a smooth and ventilated place and connected to the power supply. According to the experimental requirements, add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium to the working tank.
2. Boot and setting: Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature, over-temperature alarm temperature and other parameters through the control panel.
3. Operation: Start the equipment, the refrigeration/heating system and the circulating pump to work, so that the temperature in the tank can quickly reach and stabilize at the set value.
4. Use: Put the experimental sample into the working tank or connect the external circulation pipeline for thermostatic experiment or test.
5. Monitoring and adjustment: During the experiment, the real-time temperature can be monitored through the display screen, and temperature correction or parameter adjustment can be carried out through software if necessary.
6. Shutdown: After the experiment, press the "Power" button to turn off the instrument function (the temperature in the tank is still displayed at this time), and then disconnect the power supply. Clean the working tank.
