Principle
The device monitors the temperature in the working tank in real time through a High Accuracy temperature sensor (PT100), and feeds the signal back to an intelligent control system developed based on dedicated software. The control system automatically or manually adjusts the power output of the heating or cooling system (high-efficiency fully enclosed Compressor) through the PID algorithm to achieve fast and stable temperature control. At the same time, a professional domestic circulation system continuously Stirs the medium to ensure uniform temperature in the tank; the external circulation system can pump out the thermostatic liquid to establish an external thermostatic environment or chill down the external experimental container.

Steps
1. Preparation: Make sure that the equipment is placed in a stable and well-ventilated environment and connected to the power supply. According to the experimental requirements, add an appropriate amount of suitable medium to the working tank.
2. Boot and setting: Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature, over-temperature alarm temperature and other parameters through the control panel.
3. Operation: Start the equipment, the refrigeration/heating system and the circulating pump to start working. The intelligent control system will automatically adjust, so that the temperature in the working tank can quickly reach and stabilize at the set value.
4. Use: After the temperature is stable, the experimental sample can be placed in the working tank, or the external circulation line can be connected to use the external thermostatic field.
5. Shut down: After the experiment is over, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions of the instrument. At this time, the instrument will still display the natural change process of the temperature in the tank. After the device is completely stopped, disconnect the power supply.
