Principle
The equipment realizes the precise regulation of the medium temperature in the working tank through the high-efficiency fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system and intelligent electric heating system, combined with the self-developed software control system. The intelligent PID control algorithm automatically or manually adjusts the refrigeration and Heating power according to the temperature signal fed back by the PT100 Sensor, and makes the medium in the tank continuously circulate through the professional domestic circulation system, so as to quickly reach the set temperature and maintain a high degree of uniformity and stability.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (e.g. silicone oil or water) to the working tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature through the control panel.
4. Start the domestic circulation system, the equipment starts to work, and the cooling or heating system runs to make the temperature in the tank reach the set value.
5. After the temperature stabilizes, the experimental sample can be placed into the working tank for thermostatic experiment or test.
6. After the experiment is over, take out the sample and press the "Power" button to turn off the main function of the device (the device will still display the temperature change in the tank).
7. When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and drain or properly store the medium in the tank.
Notice
* Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
When adding medium to the working tank, the liquid level should be within the specified range to avoid overfilling or underfilling.
* When the equipment is running, do not touch the internal circulation pump, Compressor and other high temperature or moving parts.
* When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be set reasonably to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
* Avoid unrelated personnel from operating the control panel, and use the software lock function to prevent misoperation.
When the equipment is moved or stopped for a long time, the medium in the tank should be properly handled and the equipment should be kept clean and drying.
If there is an abnormal alarm or malfunction, the power should be cut off immediately and a professional should be contacted for maintenance.
