Overview
PINGXUAN DC2006-IIX high and low temperature Thermostatic bath is a device that provides an accurate, uniform and constant temperature environment for experiments and production. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physical chemistry, bioengineering, life science, light industrial food physical property testing and chemical analysis. It can be used as a direct or auxiliary heating/cooling source to conduct constant temperature experiments or tests on samples or products.

8. The power button can turn off all functions of the instrument, but it can still display the natural process of temperature change in the tank.
Principle
The device monitors the medium temperature in the working tank in real time through the High Accuracy temperature sensor (PT100), and feeds the data back to the intelligent control system developed based on special software. The control system precisely adjusts the power output of the heating or cooling system (high-efficiency fully enclosed Compressor) through the PID algorithm, so that the temperature in the working tank can quickly reach and stabilize at the set value. At the same time, its domestic circulation system continuously stirs the working medium to ensure a highly uniform temperature field; the external circulation system can pump out the thermostatic medium to provide a stable temperature field or cold source for the external experimental environment.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of suitable medium to the working tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature and Miscellaneous parameters (such as over-temperature alarm temperature) through the control panel.
4. Start operation, the equipment starts heating or cooling, and the domestic circulation works synchronously to make the temperature uniform.
5. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experiment or test can be started. If you need to use external circulation, connect the corresponding pipeline and start the external circulation pump.
6. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off the instrument function (the temperature in the slot can still be displayed at this time), and then disconnect the power supply.
7. Clean the work tank and equipment exterior.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
The medium added to the working tank must meet the requirements of the equipment, and the liquid level should be within the specified range.
* When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be set to a safe value higher than the Operating temperature but lower than the boiling point of the medium or the maximum allowable limit of the equipment.
* During operation, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure normal heat dissipation.
* When using the external circulation function, please ensure that the connection pipe is unobstructed and well sealed.
The equipment has multiple protection functions, but it should still be avoided from overloading for a long time.
Before cleaning and maintenance, make sure that the equipment is completely powered off.
