Principle
The device monitors the medium temperature in the working tank in real time through the High Accuracy temperature sensor (PT100), and feeds the signal back to the intelligent control system. The control system automatically adjusts the heating or refrigeration power (performed by the Compressor refrigeration system and heating elements) through the PID algorithm according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, so as to achieve precise control of the temperature in the working tank. At the same time, the built-in circulating pump continues to work, so that the liquid medium in the tank flows evenly, ensuring the stability and uniformity of the temperature field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) to the working tank.
3. Turn on the power switch, the device is powered on, and the display screen lights up.
4. Set the required target temperature and Miscellaneous parameters (e.g. alarm temperature) through the control panel.
5. Start the operation button, the equipment starts to work, and the Compressor, heater and circulation system operate according to the instructions.
6. The equipment will automatically adjust the temperature in the tank to quickly reach and stabilize at the set value.
7. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions, but the device will still display the natural process of temperature changes in the tank.
8. When not in use for a long time, please empty the medium in the working tank and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas and strong electromagnetic interference environment.
The medium liquid level added to the working tank must meet the requirements and should not be too full or too low.
Do not arbitrarily change the locked parameter settings during operation to avoid affecting the experimental results.
* Pay attention to the setting and activation of the over-temperature alarm function to ensure safety.
The equipment has multiple protection functions. If there are frequent alarms or abnormal shutdowns, the cause of the failure should be checked.
Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and the tank body to keep the heat dissipation holes unobstructed.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the internal components of the equipment.
* After shutdown, if you need to reset the temperature for another round of experiments, it is recommended to wait for the temperature in the tank to approach room temperature before operating to protect the Compressor.
