Overview
PINGXUAN Px-300A standard thermostatic verification tank is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, mainly used by the Measurement Department to verify the first and second standard mercury-filledthermometer, BECKMAN thermometer, industrial platinum thermistor and standard copper-constantan Thermocouple. It can also be used as a High Accuracy heat source or cold source to serve the production and scientific research fields.

1. Self-made temperature control technology developed by dedicated software, equipped with High Accuracy PT100 and all imported electronic components.
2. The software system supports temperature error correction, and the correction resolution is up to 0.001 ° C to ensure that the display temperature is accurate.
3. With over-temperature protection and alarm function, the alarm temperature can be set, and the load can be automatically cut off when the temperature is exceeded.
4. Intelligent Software Temperature Stability, PID can automatically adjust the best parameters according to different media, special users can manually adjust.
5. The software digitally locks the control system setting value to prevent unrelated personnel from misusing and ensure that the experimental data is correct.
6. Accurate temperature control allows for rapid and stable temperature in the working tank.

Principle
The device realizes accurate temperature setting and adjustment through a control system composed of special software, High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and imported electronic components. The intelligent PID algorithm can automatically optimize the control parameters according to the medium in the working tank to ensure that the temperature reaches the set value quickly and remains highly stable. The refrigeration system works through a fully enclosed Compressor to achieve rapid cooling and jointly maintain the thermostatic environment in the working tank.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and Miscellaneous parameters through the control system.
3. The equipment starts to work, and the refrigeration or heating system runs to quickly reach and stabilize the temperature in the working tank at the set value.
4. Conduct verification or experimental operations.
5. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions of the instrument.
