Overview
The PINGXUAN Px-0A standard thermostatic verification tank is a High Accuracy temperature control device, mainly used by the Measurement Department to verify the first and second standard mercury-filledthermometer, BECKMAN thermometer, industrial platinum thermistor and standard copper-constantan Thermocouple. It can also be used as a High Accuracy heat source or cold source to meet the precision temperature control needs in the field of production and scientific research.

Principle
The device drives the cooling and heating units through a dedicated software control system to achieve precise temperature regulation. The system monitors the temperature in the tank with a High Accuracy PT100 Sensor and feeds the data back to the control software. The software automatically or manually adjusts the power output through an intelligent PID algorithm to ensure that the working medium temperature quickly reaches the set value and remains highly stable, while providing a complete overtemperature protection mechanism.

Steps
1. Connect the device power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and over-temperature alarm temperature and other parameters through the control software.
3. Start the equipment, and the system will automatically control the refrigeration/heating system to achieve and stabilize the temperature in the working tank at the set value.
4. Conduct verification or experimental operations.
5. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions.
Notice
* Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
Do not allow unrelated personnel to operate the device, and use the software lock function to prevent the setting value from being changed.
Pay attention to the working slot volume (23L) and opening size (φ 150 * 480mm) of the equipment to ensure that the size of the device under inspection is appropriate.
* During the operation of the equipment, do not block the ventilating port, and pay attention to monitor whether there is an abnormal alarm sound.
* After the over-temperature alarm is triggered, it should be checked and troubleshooted before use.
Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
