Overview
PINGXUAN Px-30A standard thermostatic verification tank is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, mainly used for Measurement departments to verify the first and second standard mercury-filledthermometer, BECKMAN thermometer, industrial platinum thermistor, standard copper-constantan Thermocouple. It can also be used as a High Accuracy heat source or cold source for production and scientific research.

1. Adopt self-made temperature control technology developed by special software, cooperate with High Accuracy PT100 and all imported electronic components to ensure accurate control.
2. The software system supports temperature error correction, the correction resolution is as high as 0.001 ℃, and the display temperature is accurate.
3. With over-temperature protection and alarm function, the alarm temperature can be set, and the load can be automatically cut off when the temperature is exceeded, which is safe and reliable.

Principle
The equipment controls the core through special software, drives the control system composed of High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and imported electronic components, and realizes accurate measurement and adjustment of the temperature in the working tank. The intelligent PID algorithm can automatically or manually adjust the control parameters according to different working media to ensure fast and stable temperature. The refrigeration system adopts a fully enclosed Compressor to achieve rapid cooling and jointly maintain high uniformity and low fluctuation of the temperature in the tank.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set the required temperature and over-temperature alarm temperature through the software system.
3. The equipment is started, and the control system automatically or manually adjusts the PID parameters to start heating or cooling.
4. The temperature in the working tank is quickly stabilized to the set value, and verification or experimental operations can be carried out.
5. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions and cut off the load.
Notice
* Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
* When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be set reasonably according to actual needs to ensure safety.
Avoid unrelated personnel from operating the equipment. Please confirm that the software settings have been correctly locked before the experiment.
* When the equipment is running, do not block the ventilating port to ensure that the cooling system dissipates heat normally.
When handling or moving equipment, care should be taken to avoid severe vibration affecting internal components.
* Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and the working tank to keep it clean and drying.
* If not used for a long time, the power supply should be disconnected and the equipment should be stored in a drying environment.
