Principle
The equipment is controlled by a dedicated software system combined with a High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor to monitor and adjust the temperature in the working tank in real time. The intelligent PID algorithm can automatically or manually adjust the control parameters according to different working media to achieve fast and stable temperature control. The refrigeration system uses a fully enclosed Compressor to achieve rapid cooling and ensures the safe operation of the equipment through multiple protection mechanisms.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the device.
2. Set the required temperature and over-temperature alarm temperature through the software system.
3. Put the sample or experimental item to be inspected into the working tank.
4. The equipment runs automatically, and the PID system adjusts the parameters to stabilize the temperature quickly.
5. During the experiment or verification process, the software locks the set value to prevent misoperation.
6. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions.

• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be set reasonably according to the experimental needs to avoid false alarms or protection failures.
• Avoid unrelated personnel from operating the control software to prevent experimental parameters from being modified.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the ventilating port to ensure that the cooling system dissipates heat normally.
• When placing or removing items in the tank, please pay attention to safety to avoid burns or frostbite.
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment. If any abnormal alarm or malfunction is found, the machine should be shut down immediately and a professional should be contacted for maintenance.
When not in use for a long time, disconnect the power supply and clean and maintain the equipment.
