Overview
PINGXUAN Px-50A standard thermostatic verification tank is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, mainly used by Measurement departments to verify first and second standard mercury-filledthermometer, BECKMAN thermometer, industrial platinum thermistor, standard copper-constantan Thermocouple, and can also be used as High Accuracy heat and cold sources for production and scientific research.
Features
1. Using dedicated software to develop self-made temperature control technology, equipped with High Accuracy PT100 Sensor and imported electronic components.
2. The software system supports temperature correction with resolution up to 0.001 ° C to ensure accurate display temperature.
3. With over-temperature protection and alarm function, the alarm temperature can be set, and the load can be automatically cut off when the temperature is exceeded.
4. Intelligent Software Temperature Stability, PID can automatically adjust parameters, special users can also adjust manually.
5. The software digitally locks the control system setting value to prevent unrelated personnel from misusing and ensure that the experimental data is correct.
6. Accurate temperature control allows for rapid and stable temperature in the working tank.
7. Equipped with an effective fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system, with fast cooling speed and multiple protections for overheating and overcurrent.

Principle
The equipment is controlled by dedicated software technology combined with the High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in the working tank in real time. The intelligent PID control system automatically or manually adjusts the output power of the heating or cooling system according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature to achieve fast and accurate temperature control and stability. The refrigeration system uses a fully enclosed Compressor to ensure rapid cooling when low temperatures are required.

Steps
1. Connect the device power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and over-temperature alarm temperature and other parameters through the control software.
3. Put the sample to be verified or tested into the working tank.
4. Start the device, and the system will automatically control the temperature to reach the set value and maintain stability.
5. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions.
6. Disconnect the power supply.
