PINGXUAN Px-70A standard thermostatic verification tank is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, mainly used for Measurement department verification of first and second class mercury-filledthermometer, BECKMAN thermometer, industrial platinum thermistor and standard copper-constantan Thermocouple, can also be used as High Accuracy heat source or cold source for production and scientific research.

Principle
The equipment is controlled by special software technology combined with the High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor to monitor and adjust the temperature in the working tank in real time. The intelligent PID control system automatically or manually adjusts the heating and refrigeration power according to the set temperature and medium characteristics to achieve fast and stable temperature control. The refrigeration system adopts a fully enclosed Compressor and multiple protection mechanisms to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Power on the device.
2. Set the required temperature and over-temperature alarm temperature and other parameters through the control software.
3. Put the sample or experimental item to be inspected into the working tank.
4. Start the device, and the system will automatically control the temperature to reach the set value and maintain stability.
5. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions.
6. Disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• Do not let unrelated personnel operate the equipment, so as not to accidentally change the setting parameters to affect the experimental results.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the heat dissipation hole and ensure that the surrounding is well ventilated.
When adding or replacing the working medium, ensure that it meets the equipment requirements and avoids leakage.
• If the device issues an over-temperature alarm, please check and troubleshoot immediately, and continue to use it after the alarm is lifted.
• Regularly clean the surface and working tank of the equipment to keep the equipment clean and drying.
