PINGXUAN Px-0300A-II standard verification High and low temperature Thermostatic bath is a High Accuracy temperature control device, mainly used by Measurement departments to verify first and second standard mercury-filledthermometer, BECKMAN thermometer, industrial platinum thermistor, standard copper-constantan Thermocouple, can also be used as High Accuracy heat source or cold source for production and scientific research.
Features
1. Adopt self-made temperature control technology developed by special software, cooperate with High Accuracy PT100 Sensor and imported electronic components to ensure accurate control.
2. The software system supports temperature error correction, the correction resolution is as high as 0.001 ℃, and the display temperature is accurate.
3. With over-temperature protection and alarm function, the alarm temperature can be set, and the load can be automatically cut off when the temperature is exceeded, which is safe and reliable.

Principle
The equipment is controlled by a dedicated software control system that drives the heating or cooling system to adjust the temperature of the medium in the working tank. The control system monitors the temperature in real time with the High Accuracy PT100 Sensor, and automatically or manually adjusts the power output through the intelligent PID algorithm to achieve fast and stable temperature control and maintain extremely low temperature fluctuations and uniformity.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature and Miscellaneous parameters through the control panel or software.
2. Start the equipment, and the Thermostatic bath starts to heat or cool, so that the medium temperature in the working tank reaches the set value and is stable.
3. Put the thermometer, thermal resistance or Thermocouple to be verified into the working tank for verification or experiment.
4. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions of the instrument.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• Set the over-temperature alarm temperature and ensure that the over-temperature protection function is enabled normally.
• Avoid unrelated personnel operation, and lock the control system setting value after use or when not in use for a long time.
