PINGXUAN Px-40200M-II standard verification High and low temperature Thermostatic bath is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, mainly used for Measurement departments to verify the first and second standard mercury-filledthermometer, BECKMAN thermometer, industrial platinum thermistor, standard copper-constantan Thermocouple, and can also be used as a High Accuracy heat source or cold source for production and scientific research.

Principle
The equipment drives the heating and cooling system (fully enclosed Compressor) through a dedicated software control system to precisely adjust the temperature of the medium in the working tank. The system uses the High Accuracy PT100 Sensor to monitor the temperature and automatically or manually adjust the control parameters through the intelligent PID algorithm to achieve fast and stable temperature control and maintain Temperature Fluctuation and Uniformity at extremely low levels.

Steps
1. Prepare work to ensure that the equipment is in the right environment.
2. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device.
3. Set the target temperature and Miscellaneous parameters (such as over-temperature alarm temperature) through the software system.
4. Start running and the equipment starts to heat or cool.
5. Monitor Temperature Display and Stability, and correct temperature errors through software if necessary.
6. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions and disconnect the power.
