Overview
PINGXUAN Mini Verification Thermostatic bath (Model: Px-0M) is a High Accuracy temperature control device, mainly used by Measurement departments to verify first and second class standard mercury-filledthermometer, BECKMAN thermometer, industrial platinum thermistor and standard copper-constantan Thermocouple, and can also be used as a High Accuracy heat source or cold source for production and scientific research.
Features
1. Self-made temperature control technology developed by dedicated software, equipped with High Accuracy PT100 Sensor and all imported electronic components.
2. The software system supports temperature correction with resolution up to 0.001 ° C to ensure accurate display temperature.
3. With over-temperature protection and alarm function, the alarm temperature can be set, and the load can be automatically cut off when the temperature is exceeded.
4. Intelligent Software Temperature Stability, PID can automatically adjust the best parameters according to the medium, and also support manual adjustment.

6. The fully enclosed Compressor is used for refrigeration, with fast cooling speed and multiple protections for overheating and overcurrent.

Principle
The device is controlled by special software technology combined with High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in the working tank in real time. The control system automatically or manually adjusts the output power of the heating or cooling system according to the deviation of the set value and the measured value, so as to quickly and stably control the medium temperature in the tank within the target range and achieve a High Accuracy thermostatic environment.

Steps
1. Power on the device.
2. Set the target temperature and Miscellaneous parameters (such as over-temperature alarm value) through the control software.
3. Start the equipment and the control system starts to work, so that the temperature in the working tank quickly reaches and stabilizes at the set value.
4. Carry out relevant verification or experimental operations.
5. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• Do not let unrelated personnel operate the equipment, so as not to accidentally change the setting parameters to affect the experimental results.
• Pay attention to the Temperature range marked on the device (0~ 100 ℃), do not use beyond the range.
• When the device issues an over-temperature alarm, please check and deal with it in time, and the device will automatically cut off the load to protect safety.
• Regularly check the refrigeration system and electrical connections to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Do not operate the equipment for a long time when the medium in the tank does not meet the requirements or the liquid level is insufficient.
