Overview
PINGXUAN Px-95M Mini Verification Thermostatic bath is a High Accuracy temperature control device, mainly used by Measurement departments to verify first and second class standard mercury-filledthermometer, BECKMAN thermometer, industrial platinum thermistor and standard copper-constantan Thermocouple, and can also be used as a High Accuracy heat or cold source to meet the needs of production and scientific research.
Features
1. Self-made temperature control technology developed by dedicated software, equipped with High Accuracy PT100 and all imported electronic components to ensure accurate control.
2. The software system supports temperature error correction, the correction resolution is as high as 0.001 ℃, and the display temperature is accurate.
3. With over-temperature protection and alarm function, the alarm temperature can be set, and the load can be automatically cut off when the temperature is exceeded, which is safe and reliable.
4. Intelligent Software Temperature Stability, PID can automatically adjust the best parameters according to the medium, and also support manual adjustment by special users.
5. The software digitally locks the setting value of the control system to prevent unrelated personnel from misoperating and ensure the accuracy of the experimental data.

7. Equipped with high-efficiency fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system, with fast cooling speed and multiple protections for overheating and overcurrent.
8. Press the "Power" button to turn off all functions of the instrument with one click, which is convenient to operate.
Principle
The Thermostatic bath is controlled by special software. The system monitors the temperature with a High Accuracy PT100 Sensor, and combines a circuit composed of all imported electronic components to precisely adjust the heating or cooling unit. The intelligent PID control algorithm can automatically or manually adjust the parameters according to the characteristics of the medium in the working tank to achieve fast and stable temperature control. Temperature display and error correction are carried out through software to ensure uniform temperature and small fluctuations in the tank.

Steps
1. Connect the device power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and over-temperature alarm temperature and other parameters through the control system.
3. Put the items to be verified or tested into the working tank.
4. Start the device, and the system will automatically control the temperature to reach the set value and maintain stability.
5. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions.
6. Disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply connection of the device is correct and reliable before use.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be set reasonably according to the experimental requirements to ensure safety.
• Avoid unrelated personnel operating the control system. Please confirm that the parameter settings have been digitally locked before the experiment.
• When the equipment is working, do not block the ventilating port to ensure that the cooling system dissipates heat normally.
• When correcting the temperature, please operate carefully according to the standard indicator to ensure the display accuracy.
• If the equipment issues an over-temperature alarm, it should be checked and troubleshooted immediately, and can continue to be used after the alarm is lifted.
• Maintain equipment regularly, check the working status of Compressor and circuit system.
Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
