Overview
PINGXUAN Px-200M Mini Verification Thermostatic bath is a High Accuracy temperature control device, designed for the Measurement Department to verify the first and second standard mercury-filledthermometer, BECKMAN thermometer, industrial platinum thermistor, standard copper-constantan thermocouple. It can also be used as a High Accuracy heat and cold source for production and scientific research.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath uses a dedicated software control system, combined with a High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and imported electronic components, to accurately measure and adjust the temperature in the working tank. The intelligent PID control algorithm can automatically or manually adjust the optimal parameters according to different working media, driving the heating and fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system to achieve fast and stable temperature control, and has multiple safety protection mechanisms.

Steps
1. Connect the device power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and over-temperature alarm temperature and other parameters through the software system.
3. Put the sample to be verified or tested into the working tank.
4. Start the device, and the system will automatically control the temperature to reach the set value and maintain stability.
5. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions.
6. Disconnect the power supply.

* Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
Do not allow unrelated personnel to operate the equipment, so as to avoid mistakenly changing the setting parameters and affecting the experimental results.
When the equipment is running, do not touch the inside of the working tank and high-temperature components to prevent burns.
* Pay attention to the setting and status of the over-temperature alarm function to ensure that the device operates within a safe Temperature range.
Regularly check the refrigeration system and electrical connections to ensure that the equipment is working properly.
Do not use non-compliant media or samples in the equipment's working tank.
* After the equipment is turned off, please wait for it to fully chill down before cleaning or moving.
