Overview
PINGXUAN Px-300M mini verification Thermostatic bath is a High Accuracy temperature control device, mainly used by Measurement departments to verify first and second class standard mercury-filledthermometer, BECKMAN thermometer, industrial platinum thermistor, standard copper-constantan Thermocouple, and can also be used as a High Accuracy heat source or cold source for production and scientific research.

1. Using dedicated software to develop self-made temperature control technology, equipped with High Accuracy PT100 and imported electronic components.
2. The software system supports temperature correction with resolution up to 0.001 ° C to ensure accurate display temperature.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath uses a dedicated software control system, combined with a High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and imported electronic components, to accurately measure and adjust the temperature in the working tank. The intelligent PID control algorithm can automatically or manually adjust the optimal parameters according to the medium to achieve fast and stable temperature control. The refrigeration system uses a fully enclosed Compressor and multiple protection mechanisms to achieve rapid cooling and safe operation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set the required temperature and over-temperature alarm temperature through the software system.
3. Put the thermometer, thermal resistance or Thermocouple to be verified into the working tank.
4. The equipment automatically controls the temperature to reach the set value and remains stable.
5. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• Do not let unrelated personnel operate the equipment, so as not to change the setting parameters by mistake and affect the verification result.
• During the operation of the equipment, please pay attention to whether there is an over-temperature alarm to ensure safety.
• When placing or removing the tested object, please pay attention to the limitations of opening size (φ 100 * 300mm) and working tank volume (6.5L).
• Regularly check the refrigeration system and electrical connections to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
• Please use the "Power" button on the panel when the device is turned off.
