Overview
PINGXUAN Px-20M Mini Verification Thermostatic bath is a High Accuracy temperature control device, mainly used by Measurement departments to verify first and second class standard mercury-filledthermometer, BECKMAN thermometer, industrial platinum thermistor and standard copper-constantan Thermocouple, and can also be used as a High Accuracy heat source or cold source for production and scientific research.

1. Self-made temperature control technology developed by dedicated software, equipped with High Accuracy PT100 and all imported electronic components.
2. The software system supports temperature error correction, and the correction resolution is up to 0.001 ° C to ensure accurate display temperature.
3. With over-temperature protection and alarm function, the alarm temperature can be set, and the load can be automatically cut off when the temperature is exceeded.
4. Intelligent Software Temperature Stability, PID can automatically adjust the best parameters according to the medium, and also support manual adjustment.
5. The software digital locking function can lock the control system setting value to prevent unrelated personnel from misoperating and ensure that the experimental data is correct.
6. Accurate temperature control allows for rapid and stable temperature in the working tank.
7. Equipped with an effective fully enclosed Compressor for refrigeration, with fast cooling speed and multiple protections for overheating and overcurrent.
8. Press the "Power" button to turn off all functions of the instrument.
Principle
The Thermostatic bath uses dedicated software control technology, combined with a High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and imported electronic components, to precisely adjust the temperature of the medium in the working tank. The intelligent PID control system can automatically or manually optimize the parameters for fast and stable temperature control. The refrigeration system uses a fully enclosed Compressor for rapid cooling and temperature protection.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set the required temperature and over-temperature alarm temperature through the control software.
3. Error correction of temperature display value can be performed using software as required.
4. The intelligent PID system will automatically or manually adjust the parameters by the operator, enabling the temperature in the tank to reach and remain stable quickly.
5. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions.

• Do not let unrelated personnel operate the device, and use the software lock function to protect the setting value.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature protection function of the equipment to ensure that the alarm temperature is set reasonably.
When operating, please pay attention to the overheating and overcurrent protection status of the refrigeration system.
