Overview
PINGXUAN YHJD-20-05L Magnetic Stir Low Temperature Thermostatic Bath is an experimental equipment that integrates low temperature thermostatic, high temperature thermostatic and magnetic Stir functions. Temperature range is -20~ 100 ℃, temperature resolution can reach 0.01 ℃, and equipped with 500ml beaker capacity, suitable for all kinds of experiments that require precise temperature control and sample Stir.

Principle
The device achieves rapid cooling through a built-in fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. Its unique magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field that drives the corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed inside the reaction vessel to synchronize the swirl/spin of the sample in the thermostatic medium, ensuring uniform temperature. The temperature control system monitors the temperature with a High Accuracy Sensor and enables precise temperature control through deviation correction.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat conducting medium through the Thermostatic bath drain valve.
3. Place the container with the sample and the Magnetic Stir in the Thermostatic bath.
4. Set the target temperature and Stir speed through the LCD screen.
5. Turn on the refrigeration and Stir functions, and the equipment starts to work.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power of the equipment and drain the medium through the drain valve (if necessary).
7. Clean equipment and store it properly.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• When adding heat transfer medium, do not exceed the maximum liquid level and ensure that the medium is clean.
• Do not touch the swirling/spinning Stir or move the container during operation.
• The equipment has an over-temperature protection function. If there is frequent alarm, please check the setting parameters and equipment status.
• When performing external circulation operations, please ensure that the connection pipeline is unobstructed and leak-free.
• Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and the inside of the tank to keep the ventilated port open.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the medium and store the equipment in a drying place.
