Overview
PINGXUAN YHJD-30-05L Magnetic Stir Low Temperature Thermostatic bath is an experimental equipment that integrates low temperature thermostatic, high temperature thermostatic and magnetic Stir functions. Its Temperature range can reach -30~ 100 ℃, and it has external circulation function, which realizes multi-purpose of one machine. It is suitable for various experimental scenarios that require precise temperature control and Stir.

Principle
The device achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The built-in magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field that drives the corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed in the reaction vessel to synchronize the swirl/spin to Stir the sample in the thermostatic medium to ensure uniform temperature. The temperature control system monitors the temperature with a High Accuracy Sensor and is combined with a deviation correction function for precise thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
2. Thermostatic bath inlet and outlet pipes connected to the external circulation system (if necessary).
3. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium to the tank.
4. Place the container containing the sample and the Magnetic Stir into the tank.
5. Turn on the power and set the target temperature and Stir speed through the LCD screen.
6. Start the device, start thermostatic and Stir.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power of the equipment, and the medium in the tank can be discharged through the drain valve.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and placed in a ventilated, drying and stable environment.
• The liquid level of the heat conducting medium in the tank should be appropriate to avoid being too full or too little affecting the temperature control effect and equipment safety.
• Please select the appropriate magnetic Stir according to the container material and experimental requirements.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the entry and exit trends, and pay attention to the over-temperature alarm prompt.
• When performing external circulation operations, please ensure that the pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the equipment to avoid liquids entering the equipment.
• When not in use for a long time, please empty the medium in the tank and keep it drying.
