Overview
PINGXUAN YHJD-60-05L Magnetic Stir Low Temperature Thermostatic Bath is an experimental equipment that integrates low temperature thermostatic, high temperature thermostatic and magnetic Stir functions. Its Temperature range is -60~ 100 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation is +/- 0.1 ℃, with domestic circulation function, suitable for experimental needs of Stir mixing of samples under precise temperature control conditions.

Principle
The device achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The built-in magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed in the reaction vessel to synchronize the swirl/spin, thereby Stir the sample in the Thermostatic bath or connected by external circulation. With the High Accuracy Temperature Control System, the sample remains uniform and stable within the set Temperature range.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Open the drain valve and inject an appropriate amount of heat conducting medium through the Thermostatic bath inlet and outlet pipe.
3. Close the drain valve, and put the flask or reaction bottle containing the sample and the magnetic Stir into the tank or connect the external circulation pipeline.
4. Turn on the power and set the target temperature and Stir speed through the LCD screen.
5. Start the refrigeration and Stir function, and the equipment starts to work.
6. After the experiment, turn off Stir, Cooling and Power in turn.
7. If you need to empty the medium, open the drain valve.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• The injected heat transfer medium should be appropriate to avoid overflow.
• Do not start the cooling function when there is no medium or insufficient medium in the tank.
• Magnetic Stirring needs to be correctly placed in the center of the bottom of the container to ensure smooth swirling/spinning.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the ventilated port and pay attention to the over-temperature alarm prompt.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• When not in use for a long time, please empty the internal liquid and store it properly.
