Overview
PINGXUAN YHJD-05-1L Magnetic Stir Low Temperature Thermostatic bath is an experimental equipment that integrates low temperature thermostatic, high temperature thermostatic and magnetic Stir functions. Principle
The device provides precise temperature control of the medium in the tank through the built-in Compressor refrigeration system and heating system. At the same time, its unique magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed in the reaction vessel (such as a three-mouth reaction bottle or an open flask) to synchronize the swirl/spin, thus achieving direct and uniform Stir of the thermostatic sample.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
2. Thermostatic bath inlet and outlet pipe connected to the external circulation line (if necessary).
3. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium to the tank.
N4. Place the container with the sample and the Magnetic Stir into the tank.
5. Turn on the power and set the target temperature, Stir speed and other parameters through the LCD screen.
6. Start the device, start thermostatic and Stir.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power of the equipment, and the medium in the tank can be discharged through the drain valve.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and placed in a ventilated, drying and stable environment.
• The heat conducting medium added to the tank should be appropriate, and ensure that its freezing point and boiling point meet the requirements of the experimental Temperature range.
• Do not start the heating function when there is no medium or insufficient medium in the tank to avoid damage to the equipment.
• When placing the sample container, make sure that the Magnetic Stir can swirl/spin freely at the bottom of the container to avoid sticking.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not touch the internal moving parts and high/low temperature surfaces to prevent burns or frostbite.
• When performing external circulation, please ensure that the circulation line connection is firm and there is no leakage.
• When the equipment alarms, please check and troubleshoot immediately (such as overtemperature, overload, etc.) before using it.
• Regularly clean the surface and tank of the equipment, empty the medium when not in use for a long time, and keep drying.
