Overview
PINGXUAN YHJD-10-1L Magnetic Stir Low Temperature Thermostatic bath is an experimental equipment that integrates low temperature thermostatic, high temperature thermostatic and magnetic Stir functions. It adopts a fully enclosed Compressor for cooling, with fast cooling speed, low noise, and external circulation function, which realizes multi-purpose of one machine. It is suitable for experimental scenes that require precise temperature control and uniform Stir.

Principle
The device achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. Its built-in magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed in the reaction vessel (such as a three-mouth reaction bottle or an open flask) to synchronize the swirl/spin, thereby Stir the sample in the thermostatic medium to ensure uniform sample temperature. The temperature control system monitors the temperature through the High Accuracy Sensor and is combined with the deviation correction function to achieve accurate thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat conducting medium through the Thermostatic bath drain valve.
3. Place the container with the sample and the Magnetic Stir in the Thermostatic bath.
4. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature through the LCD screen.
5. Set the rotational speed of the Magnetic Stir as required.
6. Start the refrigeration and Stir function, and the equipment starts to work.
7. After the experiment, turn off Stir, cooling, and power in turn.
8. If you need to empty the medium, open the drain valve.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• When adding heat conducting medium, the liquid level should not be too high to avoid overflow.
Do not start the heating or cooling function when there is no medium or insufficient medium in the tank.
• During operation, do not touch moving parts or high/low temperature surfaces with your hands.
• The equipment has an over-temperature protection function. If there are frequent alarms, please check the settings and operating status.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the equipment to keep the ventilating port open.
• When not in use for a long time, please empty the medium in the tank and store it in the drying place.
