Principle
The device achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. Its built-in magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed in the reaction bottle or flask to synchronize the swirl/spin, thereby Stir the sample in the Thermostatic bath to ensure uniform sample temperature. The temperature control system monitors the temperature through the High Accuracy Sensor, and can achieve precise temperature control through the deviation correction function.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
2. Open the drain valve, add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the tank, and the liquid level needs to be submerged in the sample container.
3. Place the flask or reaction flask containing the sample into the tank and place the appropriate magnetic Stir as needed.
4. Set the desired target temperature and Stir speed (0-1500rpm) through the LCD screen.
5. Start the equipment, the Compressor refrigeration system and the magnetic Stir system start working.
6. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and stabilizes, the experiment can begin.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device and remove the sample.
8. If you need to empty the heat transfer medium, open the drain valve.
9. To use the external circulation function, connect the inlet and outlet pipes of the Thermostatic bath to the external equipment.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• The level of the heat conducting medium in the tank must be sufficient to immerse the sample container to ensure uniform temperature.
• Please select the appropriate Magnetic Stir according to the size of the sample container.
• Do not touch internal swirling/spinning parts or high/low temperature surfaces during equipment operation.
• When the device issues an over-temperature alarm, check the set temperature and load.
• Regularly check and clean the tank body and water inlet and outlet to prevent blockage.
When emptying or replacing the heat conducting medium, wait for the equipment temperature to approach room temperature and operate with caution.
• When the equipment is not used for a long time, please empty the liquid in the tank and keep it drying.
